Dear woman,
When was your Last menstrual period?

Note it always Cos:
- It helps us date your pregnancy and estimate your delivery date
- Its presence, absence, or any menstrual cycle/Flow abnormalities, helps us diagnose most Gynae diseases.

Calendars help.

Last Menstrual Period (LMP): The first day of the last menstrual period you had.

Menstrual Cycle: The interval between the first day of your last menstrual period and the first day of the next one. (Normal: 22-35 days)

Flow: The no of days your period flows (2-7 days)
NOTE!
Does it mean you’re abnormal if you are not within the normal range? Nope.

Several things influence these changes, from diet to stress to emotions. So, when in doubt. Consult your Dr.
Every woman should know their normal, that way, they notice the abnormal.

Hi, it’s not uncommon for most women to have cyclical breast changes. If this is normal in every period you have, it might be nothing to worry about. However, if you need to speak to a doctor... book to talk to one on http://Doctoora.com .
