I just randomly remembered the time I bought the girl child a butterfly grow lit & a praying mantis pod.
Sh!t was not what we expected.

A couple of the caterpillars were mean & killed some of their homies. So we only grew 5/7 of the butterflies.
Then when we went to release them, & birds swooped down n ate 2.
Girl child was devastated.

Why would they sell some sh!t that has 30,000 bug eggs hatch in yo house?!
We took the pod outside & had NO CLUE that many mf would crawl out.
We went from, “wow this is so cool!” to “How many are there?” to “WHAT IN THE FU*K?!” real fast.
