Starting with beef patties. Didn’t get the flakiness I wanted, couldn’t find any shortening, but the FLAVOUR
Easter lunch and dinner - fried rice w/ plantain, salt and pepper wings (by my brother) and roast lamb
I make cakes probably once a year. Coconut sponge w/ homemade lemon curd and white choc buttercream
Last but not least, my fave, salmon💕that’s it! Not cooking anything else until Christmas🥵
