“The ship is entering a period in which it needs to be ready to respond and deploy at any time,” said Lewis. “Normally we can do that pierside, but in the face of COVID-19, we need to protect our most valuable asset, our people, by keeping the ship out to sea.”

#BREAKING NOTE-The press release from @USNavy says the #USSTruman Strike Group-which means that more ships than just the carrier will remain at sea. I'm asking Navy for exactly which ships...I believe they USS Lassen, USS Farragut, USS Forrest Sherman & USS Normandy
