@SandeepParekh Hi Sir, odd request from me. I had to & fro tickets for 10 family members for a trip in early April. @indigo6e has refunded the fare into credit shell usable in 12 mos which is understandable. But! They want me to use the credit against "SAME" passengers. (1/2)
@SandeepParekh indigo will now issue new tickets at the new market prices retaining full flexibility, whereas customers can't choose to use it against a different family member even after paying full price. How unfair is that? I wanted request you to pls tweet or RT this
