I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone really talk about Tharns character development. So let me. One of the main reasons I loved this show is because of Tharns character. First he was a proud and openly gay character which we rarely get in these shows. Second he #TharnTypeMarathon
had to figure out his own emotions and feelings while dealing with someone else’s because at times they conflicted with each other. He had to be understanding of, patient with and sort of a guide for someone else all at the same time. He may not have put them #TharnTypeMarathon
into words often the way type had but it was written all over his face in every scene. Which I give props to Mew because it’s hard to show/express things that need to be said out loud through facial expressions. I wouldn’t even say he was a pillar for type but #TharnTypeMarathon
a stepping stone. He learned to be a stepping stone for someone else to help them heal and not everyone could’ve handle that mentally. So props to Tharn and his character development throughout the series.
