Michael looks like he could be part of the Vanger family. He’s not charismatic and he hasn’t had a successful couple in 10 years which is problematic when you’re on a soap. Not to mention how his character was ruined when he forgave Sonny for killing AJ. Why is he a lead?

Jason hasn’t evolved in 20 years. He just stands in the corner of the room and blinks. What a waste of airtime. SBu is one of the highest paid actor on the show. Think about that when your fave has a difficult contract negotiation.

Mo bullies his colleagues. Why does ABC tolerate this behavior? I haven’t liked Sonny in 18 years. The last time he was almost likable is when Michael hated him for AJ’s murder and when Cary hated him for Morgan’s death.

Jordan is network mandated. She has one facial expression. She’s unlikeable and a complete failure. Get rid of her and bring back Gia instead.

Willow is getting too much airtime and too many stories for a new bland character. She was suposed to be Nina’s daughter wasn’t she?

Sasha, I don’t have a problem with the actress but why is this boring character on so much? Again, bring back Gia for FOD instead of Sasha. Have Gia, Lucy and Maxie battle it out.

Chase, one of the last time a character was well introduced on the show. He’s being wasted in the vanilla quad.

Sam, this character is a complete mess. Is she ride or die, or a soccer mom now? Putting her back with Jason has been so detrimental to the character. It doesn’t help that KeMo is asleep in all her scenes.

I thought Chloe Lanier left the show. Why is Nelle on so much? Why is she on more than beloved veterans? Nelle’s backstory is so bad. All GH had to do was bring CL as AJ’s long lost daughter. The show should have kept Jake as the kidney donor...

Nina is unnecessary. Maxie can run Crimson.

Ava hasn’t has a successful pairing since she joined the show, which is problematic since it’s a soap. Unlike Chad Duell, the problem isn’t with the actress, they just don’t pair her with the right men. She had chemistry with Morgan, TC’s Nik & Ryan. Maybe try her with Valentin?

Julian is not needed on the show anymore. Trade him for SLW or Dr.Jeff Webber maybe?

Brooke Lynn is not needed on the show. She adds nothing. She’s just a brunette Carly. Next.

I’ll add that BH shows up not matter how ridiculous the script is, unlike some of the leads. She has made every pairing work, unlike some of the leads.

The character order for this thread is based on the airtime each one is getting. If you’re wondering why I didn’t mention Trina (15) and Curtis (6), it’s because I like the characters and actors, I don’t have anything bad to say about them.
