Governors from six different northeastern states, including PA's Tom Wolf, are announcing a council to coordinate business reopenings after the pandemic slows.
Wolf: Reopenings have "to be responsible, but it has to show us that we do have a future."
The council will include each state's top public health official and economic development office, as well as each Governor's chief of staff.
Participating states include PA, NY, Delaware, NJ, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
"We will not allow New York reporters to question any other governors," Gov. Andrew Cuomo jokes, as the conference enters a Q+A.
