While I’m wildly pleased at the mad rush to provide #mentalhealth resources widely for all, spurred by the #Covid_19 crisis, is anyone else finding that instead of getting easier to find the right ones, it’s just getting noisier? Too many sources isn’t necessarily better than 0.
A stepped approach to approved resources would be extremely helpful for directing people to the right supports where they are. I often feel like I’ve fallen down a rabbit hole of online reading to get to the content I’m looking for.
Can’t imagine what parents looking for info on how to talk to their anxious kids or people active struggling with their mh during this time are experiencing when they fall into the black hole of info.
