After speaking to a respected colleague I wanted to make it clear that the report that has been leaked contains important information but it also contains the personal details of minors and those who deserve confidentiality after they made complaints.

It is not right that anyone are doubly victimised by the failure of the complaints being heard and now names published.
A full report needs to be published that's redacted & an investigation into the content of this report needs to take place as Keir and Angie have both stated.
