it’s an absurdly obvious and ridiculous pattern once you start seeing it. big event coming up > random complaint that might be valid might not be > someone sees an opening for discord > starts creating bots and powering up a network > starts rolling out old issues > hashtag
they target big accounts but also small accounts, they use screenshots, vague “we are trending this!”, “i-army don’t know this but-“ and no big translators or large k-army fanbases participate. accounts are random numbers and letters, brand new, or don’t tweet much
what’s more upsetting is that people are very very gullible. but that’s a human trait and it’s a typical one on twitter or any social media. if you’d stop and think through it instead of jumping, you would see the obvious holes.
this attempt will pass like all the others because at least some army are aware enough to start punching holes in the case and aren’t scared of speaking up and out. in a few days, everyone will be excited and prepping for bang bang con. this is just another day.
