The failure of Sindh strategy is visible to all as local transmission of cases in Sindh continues to rise at a faster pace than punjab (despite more tests in punjab and less restrictions). Running out of options, the Sindh CM has been forced to relax the lockdown. It's just as

that he's made this U-turn but he he's now trying to be clever and shift blame for his failure. He's now shifting decision making responsibility to federal govt. So that whether the cases grow, or economic suffering takes place, he can blame it on fed govt in either case.

Bottomline is that Sindh govt couldn't be bothered to plan for a lockdown while all to happy to take media credit. In the end all cash disbursements, bill deferrals & real relief for common man as well as medical equipment (despite 18th amendment) came from federal govt.

Also while politicking relentlessly, CM sindh makes fake appeals "for everyone not to play politics on COVID". Very rich indeed!
