Ok I get the optics of the PM going to see his family at the cottage in QC (his principle residence is in ON). But he’s not visiting with extended family just his wife and kids - which both QC and ON allow as they live in the same household. #cdnpoli

Both Harrington Lake and Rideau Cottage are official residences, it’s less than a 30 minute drive between each. And in terms of resources, the PM and his family are likely drawing on existing resources held by the GOC and not the local resources around the cottage. #context
