I’m mad because I really liked their content a lot before all this happened, but I’m frustrated that she just told my friend she would go through her Paypal info to “check because she was sure she sent a refund,” yet just continues posting on Twitter. I’m annoyed.
Also screenshots can be provided from my conversation with her as well as the friend’s. I’m not a fan of long call out posts to drag someone, but it was a good chunk of money and I’m PISSED that an account I admired at one point scammed one of my friends.
ALSO I just want to say that at one point she said she had shipped the bracelet and would provide a tracking number. Never did. But then today claimed that she refunded the money because my friend tried doing a claim at one point for it.
If the bracelet had REALLY been sent out and someone tried making a claim for it, wouldn’t you reach out and ask why because she would’ve been the one getting “scammed” out of merch? I’m just saying.
Also it was for 38GBP. About 42USD which is still a good chunk of cash to lose out on. Also the original transaction took place back in JANUARY if that tells you how long this back and forth bullshit has been going on.
Situation has been taken care of. However, I still don’t want to delete this thread because it was still a really fucking shitty situation, and my friend (who paid for the bracelet in JANUARY) shouldn’t have had to go through this. But thank you to everyone who shared.
