Has any epidemiologist offered a good explanation of why the outbreak in Massachusetts has been so much worse than in Florida and Georgia? Those states all got first cases around the same time, and MA actually locked down sooner, but its outcomes have been much worse.
Interestingly, for all the flak it's taken, Florida actually publishes a daily report that includes location/age/gender details on every positive coronavirus case in the state, as well as the possible source of infection where that was detectable.
