People kicking off about Starmer/Rayner's inquiry terms. Don't. The unreacted report (which I've been shown) a) reveals names/evidence given in confidence b) has no provenance... the allegations in it are damning but we need to know which LP body authored it... 1/

2/ The apparent dysfunction of a report authored, then leaked, but the leadership and (I'm told) NEC members know nothing about it, or which body it's from - is a legitimate concern... an independent inquiry is the right course of action.
