Duterte on US: Dapat kayo, umasa kayo sa sariling mga tao niyo.

Duterte: Kung gusto ninyo—kayong mga nurse mga Pilipino—kung gusto ninyo magsilbi sa ibang bayan, sa ibang tao, okay lang saakin.

Duterte: 'Di ako galit. Wala akong emotions about this actually.

Duterte to nurses on temporary deployment ban issue: Itong ganito, sa ordinary times, talagang hindi kayo mapigilan at walang makasabi sainyo umalis kayo o wag kayong umalis.

Duterte on those who will be detained for discriminating against health workers: 'Yung nasa preso naman, 'wag mong pakainin. Hayaan mong magutom.

Duterte: Kayo namang mga health workers, kung nakita niyo yung mga tao na nagbato ng bahay ninyo doon sa ospital niyo, alam mo na kung anong gawin mo.

Duterte: Yung reported na corona patients, ang problema natin yung not reported tapos namatay sa mga bahay-bahay at hindi niyo alam corona pala ang dahilan o ayaw ninyong sabihin kasi hindi kayo makapagburol nang matagal o nahihiya kayo.

Duterte: Yung pamilya nung namatayan, i-test agad.

Duterte: At this time, we need to treat the sick, we need to feed our people.

Duterte on reports that hospitals are turning away the remains of COVID-19 patients: Alam mo, you know guys, alam ninyong mali yan. So pag totoo yan, I will really ask the Justice Department to prosecute you.

Duterte: Lahat ng magkasakit, heart attack, appendicitis, pumutok ang kung anong puputok diyan, especially government hospitals, my order is must accept admission. You fail on that, I will relieve all of you.

Duterte: Kayong mga mayors, 'wag kayong maglaro. Kasi kung ayaw ninyo mag-social distancing, mapipilitan ako na puntahan kita at arestuhin kita.

Duterte: Ang batas ng DOH, as implemented by Lorenzana, Galvez, sila, ayan yung batas ngayon.

Duterte: Yung sarili mong paniwala, itago mo lang 'yan.

Duterte: I am your public servant. Kayong mga mayor, bata bata lang ninyo ako, utusan ninyo ako kung anong gusto ninyo basta makapabuti sa bayan, gagawin ko.
