Here's a list of the deadlines in all 11 states + DC, along w/important info about options for those living in the OTHER 39 states. Note that VT's deadline is 4/17, not 4/20 as I had thought. Also note that some states w/deadlines this week may bump them out again soon. 2/
If you live in one of the other 39 states & lost your employer-based healthcare coverage, you can still enroll in either Medicaid or a (likely subsidized) #ACA exchange plan, but for an exchange plan you'll have to provide documentation which must be verified first. 3/
Also, even after the #COVID19 SEP deadlines in the other 12 states, those who lose employer insurance can *still* enroll via normal coverage loss SEP; they'll just have to provide documentation.Members of Native American tribes or Alaskan Natives can enroll year-round. 4/
Finally: Massachusetts, Minnesota and New York all have unique healthcare programs for lower-income residents who don't qualify for Medicaid which are open for enrollment year-round:
CALIFORNIA: Uninsured residents can still #GetCovered at @CoveredCA thru 6/30. AGAIN: If you live in any of the 38 states hosted by @HealthCareGov (AL, AK, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY) and lost your healthcare coverage, you DO QUALIFY...
