REMINDER: Uninsured residents of CA, CO, CT, DC, MD, MA, MN, NV, NY, RI, VT & WA can #GetCovered via #COVID19 Special Enrollment Periods, but you only have a few days left in some states! 1/ http://acasignups.net/20/04/13/important-ca-co-ct-dc-md-ma-mn-nv-ny-ri-vt-wa-residents-can-still-getcovered-special
Here's a list of the deadlines in all 11 states + DC, along w/important info about options for those living in the OTHER 39 states. Note that VT's deadline is 4/17, not 4/20 as I had thought. Also note that some states w/deadlines this week may bump them out again soon. 2/
If you live in one of the other 39 states & lost your employer-based healthcare coverage, you can still enroll in either Medicaid or a (likely subsidized) #ACA exchange plan, but for an exchange plan you'll have to provide documentation which must be verified first. 3/
Also, even after the #COVID19 SEP deadlines in the other 12 states, those who lose employer insurance can *still* enroll via normal coverage loss SEP; they'll just have to provide documentation.

Finally: Massachusetts, Minnesota and New York all have unique healthcare programs for lower-income residents who don't qualify for Medicaid which are open for enrollment year-round:
CALIFORNIA: Uninsured residents can still #GetCovered at @CoveredCA thru 6/30. CA has also EXPANDED financial subsidies to many middle-income enrollees and enhanced them for those already receiving subsidies: http://acasignups.net/20/03/20/california-coveredca-expands-covid19-special-enrollment-period-thru-end-june-streamlines
COLORADO: Uninsured residents can still #GetCovered at @C4HCO thru 4/30. http://acasignups.net/20/04/02/colorado-connect-health-colorado-extends-covid-19-special-enrollment-period-deadline-april
CONNECTICUT: Uninsured residents can still #GetCovered at @AccessHealthCT, but only thru FRIDAY, 4/17! They may extend this deadline...but they may not, so I strongly recommend you follow up ASAP: http://acasignups.net/20/04/02/connecticut-access-health-ct-extends-covid-19-special-enrollment-period-deadline-out-april
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA: Uninsured residents can still #GetCovered at @DCHealthLink thru 6/15: http://acasignups.net/20/03/21/district-columbia-dc-health-link-announces-official-covid19-special-enrollment-period
MARYLAND: Uninsured residents can still #GetCovered at @MarylandConnect thru 6/15. They've also extended their "EZ Enroll" tax filing checkbox option until July, but that won't really be relevant until after 6/15 anyway: http://acasignups.net/20/04/01/maryland-extends-covid-19-special-enrollment-period-thru-615-addition-easy-enroll-sep
MASSACHUSETTS: Uninsured residents can still #GetCovered at the MA @HealthConnector thru 5/25. As noted above, those eligible for ConnectorCare can enroll year-round: http://acasignups.net/20/04/03/massachusetts-extends-covid19-special-enrollment-period-thru-525
MINNESOTA: Uninsured residents can still #GetCovered at @MNsure thru 4/21. Again, they MAY extend this deadline...but they may not, so get covered ASAP! As noted above, those eligible for MinnesotaCare can enroll year-round: http://acasignups.net/20/03/20/minnesota-mnsure-announces-covid19-special-enrollment-period-thru-421
NEVADA: Uninsured residents can still #GetCovered at @NVHealthLink, but only thru WEDNESDAY 4/15! They're talking about extending the deadline, but I still strongly recommend following up ASAP either way! http://acasignups.net/20/03/17/nevada-joins-other-states-creating-covid-19-special-enrollment-period-thru-415
NEW YORK: Uninsured residents can still #GetCovered at @NYStateofHealth thru 5/15. As noted above, those eligible for the Essential Plan can enroll year-round: http://acasignups.net/20/04/02/new-york-gov-cuomo-says-ny-state-health-extend-covid-19-special-enrollment-period-thru-515

VERMONT: Uninsured residents can still #GetCovered at @VTHealthConnect, but only thru this FRIDAY 4/17 (I mistakenly had the deadline down as 4/20)! They may extend this, but they may not, so follow up ASAP! http://acasignups.net/20/03/20/vermont-announces-month-long-covid19-special-enrollment-period
WASHINGTON STATE: Uninsured residents can still #GetCovered at @WAPlanFinder thru 5/08: http://acasignups.net/20/04/02/washington-state-extends-covid-19-special-enrollment-period-full-month-thru-508
IDAHO: Unfortunately, along w/ @HealthCareGov (38 states), @YourHealthIdaho is NOT offering a #COVID19-specific SEP. The @IdahoDOI claims this is unnecessary because their "enhanced" short-term plans will suffice: http://acasignups.net/20/04/06/idaho-chimes-special-enrollment-period-issue-unique-situation
I should note that I strongly disagree w/ @IdahoDOI. If you do as well and want @YourHealthIdaho to launch a #COVID19 SEP, please sign this petition calling on Idaho @GovernorLittle to have them do so: https://actionnetwork.org/petitions/open-idahos-healthcare-exchange
AGAIN: If you live in any of the 38 states hosted by @HealthCareGov (AL, AK, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY) and lost your healthcare coverage, you DO QUALIFY...
...for a NORMAL "loss of coverage" Special Enrollment Period, but you'll have to provide documentation and have it verified, which can be a pain in the ass: http://acasignups.net/20/04/09/were-about-find-out-what-happens-when-6-million-people-try-squeeze-through-door-designed
