⚠️ If you live in one of the other 39 states & lost your employer-based healthcare coverage, you can still enroll in either Medicaid or a (likely subsidized) #ACA exchange plan, but for an exchange plan you'll have to provide documentation which must be verified first. 3/
⚠️ Also, even after the #COVID19 SEP deadlines in the other 12 states, those who lose employer insurance can *still* enroll via normal coverage loss SEP; they'll just have to provide documentation.

Members of Native American tribes or Alaskan Natives can enroll year-round. 4/
⚠️ Finally: Massachusetts, Minnesota and New York all have unique healthcare programs for lower-income residents who don't qualify for Medicaid which are open for enrollment year-round:
