During 2 training camps I competed with Tarvaris Jackson for the starting spot with the @Vikings before Favre arrived both seasons.

For two guys fighting for the same job, we got along exceptionally well.

Once Favre showed up, our relationship got even stronger. It was as if we were both in this odd spot, but figured we’d make the most of it as we watched Favre have his best season ever.
That QB room, run by coach Kevin Rodgers, was a perfect mix of XOs and hilarious stories.

TJack loved his kids. He loved being a dad.

My mind is spinning with the conversations we had on the sidelines as we watched Favre. Man that was a crazy season and I’m happy I had Tarvaris to share it with.
