Also we need to adopt safety measures such as an hourly and daily loss threshold so that people who are addicted do not do greater harm to their financial situation. We need regulation to make sure these DIGITAL slot machines are not reset before their payout algorithm is reached

One of the biggest developers of these class 2 games in Australia (where gambling addiction is especially high) had one of their host sites tamper with machines to prevent payout.
