stop using negative words/ adjectives (ugly, i cant do it, etc). if u don& #39;t have anything nice to say to urself, then shut up. the shit u say to urself affects u more than what other people are saying.
YOU ARE UR WORST CRITIQUE. keep that in mind. i did this for one week as challenge and it became a habit. if i need a slap on the face, i affirm instead of clouding my head with negative thoughts.

ex: "i failed this test but that& #39;s ok i& #39;ll just study harder for the next one!"

i& #39;m a little off at this rn bc of the quarantine but i felt soooo good when i stuck to a routine. simply because consistency feels AMAZING. idk about u but there& #39;s literally a huge difference in my mood when i& #39;m productive vs when i& #39;m not.

i honestly have a hard time eating healthy but when I do, I feel great!!! I feel energized and at peace knowing that i& #39;m putting good food in me.
Supplement pills are also great to add to your diet (something i& #39;m getting into). "What& #39;s on the inside, reflects the outside" so eating healthy & taking care of your body from the inside = more energy, increased mood, nicer skin, less anxiety, etc. makes sense right?
atm, I& #39;m trying to switch to investing in supplement pills instead of splurging on a fuck ton of skincare products. i& #39;ll let u guys know how that works out ;)

girl friends are THE BEST. i <3 my friends to death. they just know when i& #39;m a bit off and even when they don& #39;t know what& #39;s going through my mind (i don& #39;t like sharing my inner problems), they take care of me. always.
having people beside you is such a comforting feeling. i keep my circle small bc i& #39;m a picky person when it comes to the people i surround myself with. make sure you& #39;re hanging out with the right people bc there are a lot of nasty people out there who& #39;ll try to bring u down

being aware of your feelings (& others& #39; too) will open your mind. LISTEN TO YOURSELF. stop whining & throw those excuses away, it& #39;s a waste of time. instead, dig deep down and find out the root of your problem (family, insecurities, etc.)
once u find out, u can now start planning and changing urself for the better. i did this by meditating. u can meditate for at least 15 minutes a day if that& #39;s the most u can do, baby steps. there are some binaural beats available on yt and it helps a lot!!

get to work!!!! whatever it is u need to do (school work, today& #39;s workout, organizing, changing ur sheets, etc.) JUST GET IT OVER WITH! don& #39;t pile work up and drown urself in it later on.
having a goal gets you up going, and everytime you achieve something, you feel exxxtra good about yourself. if u wanna be the confident HBIC, then you better start acting like it.

GET IT TOGETHER.

the world revolves around balanceโ€“ where there is good, there is also bad. don& #39;t stress if some days you feel off, it& #39;s totally normal! give urself a break and be patient with yourself. we all get a lil tired sometimes
and in those days, give yourself extra extra love. pamper urself, give urself a treat, watch ur fav movie, etc. anything to make u feel comfy.

there are a lot of ways for us to express our indivuality. i did this by changing the way i dress and the way i carry myself. i try the "set the trend instead of following it" thing and it& #39;s the best thing ever.
I feel more special when i& #39;m different and not just another person in the crowd. being your full authentiv self on the inside and outside is the KEY to confidence. own it.
