if you still expect all nonbinary people to work towards some ideal of androgyny, sorry to say but you don’t even remotely understand what being nonbinary means. nonbinary people don’t have to be androgynous & many of us don’t even want to be. nonbinary =/= androgyny

nonbinary people can be feminine or masculine nonbinary people can have beards nonbinary people don’t need to bind nonbinary people can wear makeup nonbinary people can do whatever the heck they want because being nonbinary isn’t an aesthetic

you don’t want to let nonbinary people be themselves, you‘re just okay with the gender binary becoming trinary. that’s a YOU problem, nonbinary people have nothing to do with it.
