These 4 major PPE providers refusing to supply care homes in Scotland and concentrating on England only. I want to know from @10DowningStreet if these companies have been given grant, funding or tax breaks by HMRC, all of which Scottish citizens would have contributed to!

I also want to know if the PPE providers were paid for said PPE from the budget of NHS England, or if it came from UK wide general taxation! Because if they were given financial assistance OR paid through UK taxation.....well.... there are some questions to be answered!
