I got the SC primary right when a lot of national reporters did not. I said right after Kamala Harris suspended her campaign that Joe Biden was going to win it. They were the only two candidates who ever had a shot to win the SC primary. 1/

& I correctly said whoever won a majority of Black voters' support was going to win the nomination. & I've been saying for awhile now that margins of Black support in primaries do not equal the needed Black margins & turnout in the general election. 2/

I'm not the kind of person to usually say this, but I've been right every step of the way on this race when a lot of reporters weren't. & I'm telling you, Joe Biden's best VP choice to win in November is a Black woman with appeal in MI, PA, WI, AZ, NC, & FL. 3/

& Kamala Harris is that woman (if that's something they both want) given her unique appeal to Black voters, Latinx voters, & immigrant voters. Plus she has cross-over appeal to moderate Republicans due to her record as a District Attorney & Attorney General in California. 4/4
