let me interpret this poem for you guys, line by line.
line 1: these new woolies shoppers are annoying

the opening line is an immediate release of tension. here, we learn that the writer is vexed by nouveau riche members of the public who are now infiltrating her territory - woolworths food.
line 2: she quotes the peasants in question. ‘woolworths is definitely cheaper than you guys think’

you can sense the writer’s escalating annoyance as she frantically bashes her fingers against her iphone keyboard. here, you can assume her facial expressions are wildly animated
line 3: yebo mafikizolo, over the years, they’ve had to align their prices...

she reiterates that her audience has just come into money and brings forth the argument that woolworths has had to stoop down to a level that is more accessible to the general population.
