Reporting LYSN to the Google Play Store

Since reporting malicious commenters on LYSN to SM & LYSN admins themselves don’t seem to be working, we can report to the Google Play admins that LYSN is failing to enforce their community policies.

A couple intl fans have been able to report LYSN to the Play store using the chat function, but you can also use their contact form accessed through the store’s policy enforcement page.

Their policy enforcement page says:

“Google reserves the discretion to include or remove apps from Google Play. We may take action based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a pattern of harmful behavior or high risk of abuse...”

“...We identify risk of abuse using various items such as previous violation history, user feedback, and use of popular brands, characters, and other assets.”

This means they will take user feedback about policy violations & LYSN admins’ failure to enforce them into account.

You can submit your reports to the Play Store & explain how LYSN has been failing to enforce their policies, and how the overwhelming presence of hateful content on the app has affected your experience as a user.

Reports can prompt the Play Store to respond, and action taken by the Store against LYSN could subsequently force the LYSN admins to modify their community to comply with Google’s policy rules.

Please make sure to submit photo evidence with your report! If you need to submit multiple pictures, you may need to compile them on a document because it seems like the form only allows for a single attachment.
