Pakistan is an age old escape for evil brains in Delhi to divert attention of its citizens from crucial issues. India is reeling under hunger and economic downfall right now under Covid-19 and under a proper plan, to spur things at LOC is just an attempt to divert public.

New delhi is frustrated that even after playing the last card of A370,the situation inside Kashmir has deteriorated rather than being better, as chest thumping BJP heads claimed in Indian Parliament post 5/8/2019 and sold out biased Journalist factions.
What is left except war?!

What is questionable why did Indian Army deploy bofors guns and fired from villages as deep as 60-70 Kms inside Kashmir (Panzgam area)?
Why weren’t civilians evacuated as retaliation from Pakistan was bound to land around the position of Indian artillery?
Concerns about the range

Pakistan artillery is known to have a range of 25-30 kms as tested well in previous years, so how did Pakistani shells land inside Panzgam and other villages of Kupwara, Kashmir?
Locals have resented Indian Army deploying bofors and claim shells came from own Indian side

Kashmiris on Pakistan side seem to have lost lives and property as well, so no way India is holding back.
Given the above mysterious war strategies, it points out to evil plans being hatched in delhi. Kashmir might be braced for another stunt like post Pulwama or probably WAR
