This has made me think more about the power inbalance between swedes and finns. Swedes are pirates in a way. We tend to obey the law because we fear punishment, we pay lip service to official dogma and speak truth only in private. Finns by contrast are much more genuinely authoritarian, while also saying what they think. They seem to do less doublespeak. They seem to be serious about their system and reporting people to the authorities is more common.

Obviously if finns think swedes believe their own bullshit while at the same time has this histrorically rooted follower role among the elite viz. Sweden it creates a very bad situation for Finland. My advice: do not trust swedes.
