Notable key concepts on this very informative video on South Korea's SUCCESS in "flattening the curve" of COVID-19 cases:

- Contact tracing
- Aggressive testing
- Breaking transmission chains
- Avoiding aggressive lockdowns
- Tech

#COVID19PH
From watching the video, one could arrive at the conclusion that the implementation of an aggressive lockdown is an admission of governance failure. It's a reactive flinch, not a proactive solution.
Controversial also on this vid is South Korea's priority on public health OVER privacy. But perhaps this policy's success is bec Korean gov has always been TRANSPARENT, garnering TRUST from the populace. We cannot say the same for the Philippines.
I arrive at the conclusion that instead of saying "mass testing" we should say "aggressive testing." We have arrived late in the game to even implement contact tracing, a very unfortunate situation we have in PH, where gov lacks a 'big picture' view of things.
