Notable key concepts on this very informative video on South Korea& #39;s SUCCESS in "flattening the curve" of COVID-19 cases:

- Contact tracing
- Aggressive testing
- Breaking transmission chains
- Avoiding aggressive lockdowns
- Tech

From watching the video, one could arrive at the conclusion that the implementation of an aggressive lockdown is an admission of governance failure. It& #39;s a reactive flinch, not a proactive solution.
Controversial also on this vid is South Korea& #39;s priority on public health OVER privacy. But perhaps this policy& #39;s success is bec Korean gov has always been TRANSPARENT, garnering TRUST from the populace. We cannot say the same for the Philippines.
I arrive at the conclusion that instead of saying "mass testing" we should say "aggressive testing." We have arrived late in the game to even implement contact tracing, a very unfortunate situation we have in PH, where gov lacks a & #39;big picture& #39; view of things.
