Glad the GLU report is in black and white, public and well evidenced. Stuff we all knew and witnessed is no longer anecdotal. But it doesn't even touch half the fuckry. By far the most toxic place I've ever worked and I'm pretty sure will ever work. #LabourLeaks
The constant double crossing, snide remarks, open hatred of the leader and anyone who supported JC leaves you in full time seige mentality. The machine has always been and continues to be viciously right wing. Solidarity to the comrades still inside. #LabourLeaks
A few examples:

I was brought into a disciplinary meeting after organising one of the cleanest Corbyn Rallies in his whole tenure. The meeting was wholly embarrassing and my role was later jokingly discussed in all Regional staff meeting. #LabourLeaks
I said the event was a big success but was told it was a total failure - we canvassed two whole wards (63 rounds), speeches were fully stewarded, had full sound & we fit in three local visits.

CWG events were consistently some of the best Labour have ever run. Check for yourself
When I pressed for substantial reasoning for the meeting I was given fluffed answers with no evidence of wrongdoing.

The eventual charge was that "there were too many pictures taken".

lol have you been to a Corbyn rally? Even this we minimised with big event level stewarding.
Following this in an all region staff meeting it was openly said in reference to the event that, "Ravi" should remember who pays his wages".

A dead attempt to publicly embarrass for the *false failure* of an extremely successful event & suggest I was working to another power?
I am no longer a Labour staffer.

BUT...I likely would still be if I was allowed, like my white colleagues, onto the Contract Pause scheme which enables staffers to take roles in the Leadership campaigns and then return to their party roles after.

#LabourLeaks
Why was the only BAME member of staff in my role not allowed to use the scheme, while white members of staff were?

A question I asked upon leaving and was given no adequate answer to.

#LabourLeaks
These are a few things that happened, we all witnessed a lot more and the 2019 election was no different to 2017.

The party is vile inside. But the members as always are the party's best face.
