The PM should also tell us what did the government do in 21 days of lockdown to
*strengthen healthcare capacity
*increase the supply of PPEs
*procure and make testing kits, both RT-PCR and antibody
*add capacity for ventilators, oxygen supply, ICUs
*hire and train staff

Governments must be transparent at all times.
But even more so during a public health crisis.
