Please don't blame the government for Care Homes. The vast majority are private money making schemes. My Mother in law (dead now) was paying £850/week YES WEEK! They stripped her of her life savings. My wife has been making drawstring bags for a friend working in a local care home. They are needed to put dirty uniforms in at the end of a shift for washing at home. They aren't even supplying those.
