Thread: On why I just bought #BNB. I’m very selective when it comes to the #crypto that I hold. For long I have only held #Bitcoin ($BTC). Today I am pleased to have bought my first alternative in $BNB. Why?
Firstly, and most importantly, it’s about #trust. I have been following @cz_binance for a while, and although nobody is ever perfect, he has earned my trust by showing that he is trying to do the right thing for the world and for #bitcoin (important).
It is no secret that one of the biggest use cases for #Bitcoin is currently buying and selling #altcoins - In @binance
we have an exchange that innovates at lightning speed. In many ways, they remind me of the #AWS of crypto. Proud to be builders, owners, and focused on results.
By supporting #BNB, you support all of the above, in other words, you support innovation, and one of the biggest on-ramps that #Bitcoin will in my opinion see in the next 5 to 10 years. You support crypto innovation, and help to raise the bar as to what good should look like.
But back to earning trust. Remember when @binance decided to delist the fake $BSV - this IS decentralised decision making within a larger economy - #Binance did what they felt was right, other exchanges can act differently, but it sure is a sign as to the company's ethics.
The reality is that without #Binance - #Crypto, and also #Bitcoin will be somewhat weaker, or at least, a few years behind where we are today. This thread is therefore not to go into the economics, or decentralised nature (or not) of $BNB but rather based on fundamental ethics.
