i& #39;ve heard wonderful reviews from chloe& #39;s programs so i decided to do live tweet my progress to keep me motivated (hopefully it& #39;ll inspire u too). at first i wanted to do the john benton& #39;s program but this one seemed more interesting to me. i hope u enjoy!!

β the workouts was honestly kinda hard but it& #39;s definitely doable. literally rushed to the bathroom to take a shower bc post shower workouts are the best
