i've heard wonderful reviews from chloe's programs so i decided to do live tweet my progress to keep me motivated (hopefully it'll inspire u too). at first i wanted to do the john benton's program but this one seemed more interesting to me. i hope u enjoy!!

β the workouts was honestly kinda hard but it's definitely doable. literally rushed to the bathroom to take a shower bc post shower workouts are the best
