(THREAD) Do you miss traveling to #Thailand or going out to get some street food during the #coronavirus lockdown? Maybe our recipe will make your life in isolation a bit more flavorful.

This is how we cook the famous Thai dish Pad Krapao (holy basil with minced pork):
We use five different sauces:
- Oyster Sauce
- Thin Soy Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Black Soy Sauce
- Fish Sauce
We also need:
- 300g minced pork
- a lot of garlic
- a handful of chilis
- a lot of holy basil (krapao)
- eggs
And the secret ingredients of many Thai dishes:
- sugar
- seasoning powder
Let's start cooking:
Pound chilis and garlic in a mortar until they break down.
Then fry the mix with a little bit of oil and later add the pork.
Wait until the pork is cooked. Then add the sauces:
- 2 spoons of Oyster Sauce
- 1 spoon of Thin Soy Sauce and Soy Sauce
- half a spoon of Black Soy Sauce and Fish Sauce
- half a spoon of sugar and seasoning powder
Add the holy basil, stir, wait until everything is cooked and serve next to rice.
Last but not least: Fry your eggs in a lot of hot oil until they are crunchy. Place on top of the rice and enjoy your lunch. 😊
