In a nutshell, the Female Relationship Agenda (FRA) is: Find & lock down a PROVIDER.

What does a "provider" provide?

More than anything, safety, security & a stable future for her (and her children).

A provider is a man whom a woman can envision a comfortable future with.
This has a number of significant ramifications, not the least of which:

A woman doesn't necessarily marry, or get into a long-term relationship with, the most exciting guy, the most thrilling guy, the sexiest guy.

Long-term, women tend to be looking for SECURITY and STABILITY.
A woman may be having the time of her life with you, but if she doesn't see you as an adequate long-term provider, odds are she isn't going to stay with you.

She can be having the time of her life with you, and you'll still get the "Where is this going?" question at some point.
And if it isn't "going" somewhere — if it's not leading to some kind of a secure, stable future together — then, in her eyes, what's the point? We're just screwing around.
The FRA is also essential for understanding why women — contrary to the theory of "hypergamy — so often remain in seemingly ordinary, average relationships with unexceptional men.

The dullness, the averageness of the relationship, is in a sense what makes it valuable. It's SAFE.
