#IWasCalmUntil a deeply prejudiced employee @newseasons said I couldnt use the electric cart cause 'covid19'

she put me at greater risk of infection since I have physical activity induced seizures.Being denied a mobility aid meant coming into contact with the floor several times
When I finally asked to speak to a manager-turned out to be the same employee who had denied me access

she suggested that disabled ppl need baby sitters to use the electric cart

Both her and customer advocate Jeremy Gambill have issued me non-pologies
Ive lived in this neighborhood & been shopping at this particular @NewSeasons for over 10 years

I WANT THIS GROSS DISPLAY OF OPPORTUNISTIC ABLEISM ADDRESSED

Your employee caused me to feel legitimate concern that I wont be allowed inside the store while using my own wheelchair
Ive dealt with blatantly ableist comments from certain cashiers here. Including being asked if Ive tried 'being more positive' cause 'negativity causes disease'

and Ive had your cashiers pry WAY too far into my personal life-we disabled ppl have to put up with this far too often
Much of the time, the electric cart has completely dead batteries & employees do not plug it in

I like shopping at your store because it is always clean and has the selection I like. I find most of your employees to be pleasant most of the time

BUT I WANT THIS ISSUE ADDRESSED
