side note: i thought iâd make a thread of my fav comfort animes for fun and maybe someone would find something in the list they havent watched before and wanted to give it a go :3
Natsumeâs Book of Friends (6 seasons + 6 OVAs + 1 Movie): im starting off the list with this bcoz itâs one of my all time favourite animes ! if ur into supernatural, yĆkai animes, i suggest giving this one a try!
RokuhĆdĆ Yotsuiro Biyori (1 season, 12 eps): hilarious anime, amazing VA cast, FOOD !!! just a feel good anime in general, it may seem cliche at times but that just adds on to the humour of the show. The food animation always makes me hungry 
Hoozukiâs Coolheadedness (2 seasons + 7 OVAs): another supernatural, yĆkai anime ! this one has dark comedy and is about Hozuki, whoâs an ogre and works for the king and head judge of hell !
Tanaka-kun is always listless (1 season, 12 eps): comedy gold, very relatable, we are all tanaka. this honestly deserves another season itâs such a great anime to watch on lazy days. the characters are all so cute and i miss them so much
The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. (4 seaons (I think??), 50 eps): another comedy gold, truly ahead of itâs time this one will really have u laughing so hard that uâll start crying 
Barakamon (1 season, 12 eps): slice of life, your standard city boy moves to the country side story, looking for inspiration for his work. also very funny ! i miss naru >:(
Shirokuma Cafe (1 season, 50 eps): cute animals !!!! and a cafe owned by a polar bear who has a very nice voice 
has a lot of puns and each episode is just fun and hilarious and the animation style is quite unique!Also includes another iconic role by Kamiya Hiroshi

K-On! (2 seasons + 2 OVAs + 1 Movie): this oneâs a classic ! gave us lots of bops lowkey miss this so maybe iâll rewatch it
