2/ The racist and sexist language against political opponents; the failure to discharge duties impartially; breaches of natural justice etc would constitute gross misconduct in any profession ....
3/ People who think this is just self-sabotage by a perpetually divided layabout movement are misframing this scandal: the outcome of an election was skewed by an organised group - I would expect a parliamentary inquiry at least...
4/ As someone who paid dues and contributed time to Labour, I wonder if the people alleged to have actively sabotaged the aims of Clause I of our constitution, while being paid as senior employees, are open to a class action?
5/ I covered Lehman, Enron, Arthur Andersen ... none of these entities still exists because senior executives oversaw existential reputational disasters: when I read the leaked Labour HQ report, I recognised the same behaviour patterns.
