Look, Kyle Larson made a mistake. Was it irresponsible what he said? Sure. Should he be reprimanded for it? Yes, and he likely will be.

But to say he should be kicked out of Cup entirely for this is ridiculous. We’re all human and prone to making careless mistakes at any time.

I say this not as a Kyle Larson fan, but as someone that has made careless mistakes they later regretted. And as one of the few black NASCAR fans out there, Ik Larson is likely not a racist person at heart and will support him if he is given a second chance after this.
