Nobody asked for it, but here are my thoughts on the FF7 remake: I really enjoy seeing things reimagined with new aesthetics, and better technology. The original is one of my favorites, and I like seeing these characters in more detail, with voices, and with more personality.

There is something really nostalgic about seeing the characters remade. I love seeing new interpretions while keeping the designs accurate to the original vision. I love their personalities, I love how they interact. I also love seeing so much more of the settings.

I am not a fan of the battle mechanic. It& #39;s just not my jam; due to the change in aesthetic and fighting style, it DOES feel like a different game. It& #39;s a remake, but it& #39;s also just flat out brand new. Super familiar and cozy though. I do recommend it.

Oh, it& #39;s also hilarious and cracks me up pretty frequently. :) Great, goofy style humor that honestly doesn& #39;t stray too far from the tone of the original. And the summons? SO COOL LOOKING.
