Today I watched the Tetsuya Naito vs Kenny Omega match from the G1 Climax 2016 B Block Final. This is one of the first big matches Kenny had in his run as Best Bout Machine. I believe he performed well in this spot. The chemistry these two have together is something special

Naito with a dropkick and an inverted version of the figure four to further damage the knee #NJPW

Naito tries a german but kenny lands on his feet. In doing so he hurts his knee and can& #39;t capitalize or even stand Naito realizes this and smiles as he knows there& #39;s nothing omega can do #NJPW
V-TRIGGER #NJPW
Naito rolls through the one winged angel into a knee bar #NJPW
Naito again counters the one winged angel into a destino #NJPW

This match was awesome for many reasons. I loved the way Omega sold his leg The finishing stretch of big moves and counters was just like all the main NJPW match endings which is still awesome. I might rewatch the others to see which is my favorite of the 3
