im a dude who makes games so i have a right and a duty to broadcast my hot takes about difficulty:

- you need the right humidity. too dry, and it'll crack. too moist, and it's soup. gotta nail the moisture

- DO NOT use too much cumin. UNLESS you are supposed to
- the milk needs to be hot enough to melt the sugar but not so hot it scrambles the eggs

- STRUCTURAL PROTEIN and RISING AGENTS are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS. know the difference

- you're gonna want to sandwich the plywood between two other surfaces before you drill
- DO NOT blow on it and DO NOT use a pencil eraser

- grind size MATTERS. do the research, and do your own tests. espresso grind is not one-size-fits-all by any stretch

- until they're broken in, you should redo the latches after your first few minutes of skating
