i finished both workouts but not gonna lie, that shit was HARD
i paused the video a few times to take longer rests. i had done a cardio workout the day before so my thighs were a little sore from that (yes iām out of shape donāt @ me)

my thighs were still sore today and so were my shoulders, so i decided to do the low impact version of the workout and not strain myself too much. i didnāt get my heart rate up as much as yesterday.

i slowed down the ab workout to make sure i was doing the exercises correctly. i also stretched a bit afterwards and watched a few videos on how to improve my form and breathing technique so iāll be focusing on that from tmrw
day 3
i woke up slightly sore but nothing to scream abt. i think the reason i got so sore after the first day was bc i didnāt warm up or cool down, so today i did chloeās 5 min warm up before the 4 workouts and her 10 min cool down stretches after

i got through all 4 workouts but not perfectly. the first one had me out of breath as usual, but the 2nd and 3rd ones were better. during the 4th one it was hard for me to keep up after doing the other 3 so i had to pause it a few times. hopefully my stamina will get better
i also tried focusing on breathing and tightening my core when i exhale but itās pretty difficult to get a good rhythm going. iāll have to practice it more

i got my period this morning bc god hates me apparently. i still did the workouts, i didnāt want to skip a day. i got through all 3 but i was really worn out by the last one so i slowed down a bit.

iām proud of myself for actually getting up to exercise today even tho i was tired & had cramps, so i think i did pretty good!! and tmrw is a rest day so i can fully recover

i noticed the exercises got a lot easier, i was keeping up with her a little better and i took less breaks. i still slow down during the last workout but i made sure to finish it!!

today i acutually got through the first 2 videos without pausing them once!! when i first started i would pause them a lot to take longer breaks so this is PROGRESS. after 1 week iām definitely seeing results. just 1 more week to go!!

the are definitely much easier now. i donāt lose my breath as quickly as i used to. i did all the workouts including the optional ariana grande one since it was only 3 mins. i actually really liked that one, i might add it to the schedule for the coming days

im finally getting a bit better at the side planks and reverse planks in the arms workout
i woke up early for an online class so i was pretty tired today but i still did all 4 workouts
