Thoughts from using dating apps in 2020:

Drinking is not a personality trait
If you only have one picture - you’re not a real person.

If you only have one picture and a little bio - you’re a serial killer.
Men that play guitar at campfires / know how to play generic cover songs LOVE telling me that they play guitar too and try to out-musician me.

Sir, people pay me a lot of money to play their festivals and weddings. This isn’t a hobby.
White men STILL have pictures of themselves holding fish / their catch.

Tragic.
Everyone is suddenly “kinky”.
People still love to guess my race without me asking...
There are only two types of queer women on Tinder, Bumble, Hinge that I get to see (thanks algorithm):

1) Aritzia shopping blondes who’s only hobby is drinking wine.

2) Plant-loving cuties with novels in their bio about how “woke” they are but it seems super performative.
These men need to take better photos or choose better photos
Something I learned in 2014 while using Tinder that I still live by:

If all his pictures are shirtless = he’s an asshole / f*ckboy

If he doesn’t have at least 1 photo with a friend/with friends = probably a creep
