My slightly realistic dream summer window

All player values are pre-pandemic

Ins:

RW: Jadon Sancho (£100M)
Fairly obvious signing but it just seems perfect. He's fits in with the forwards we have and just fills in our hole at RW. He gets lots of goals and assists, which I expect to translate to England slightly less, but still a lot. And he's only 20.
ST: Odion Ighalo(£15M)
This transfer just feels like a tap-in. He's a good stop gap for 1 year, so Ole doesn't have to blow the budget on a Dembele or Werner, when it's clear he wants and can get Haland next summer. He's also done very well since joining with 4 goals for United.
CDM: Wilfred Ndidi(£80M)
For me, Ndidi has been the best CDM in the world this season and if he does it for a club like United helping making us title winners he will become a PL legend. Only 22, tenacious and a brilliant tackler. He's Fred and McTominay as one, so perfection.
CAM: Jack Grealish(£50M)
A player who's been quality since he burst onto the scene for Villa, Jack Grealish is a perfect option for the 10 position. He can drift in and out, and is one of those players who can single handedly win teams games. He's got leadership qualities too.
CDM: Jude Bellingham (Compensation)
Contrary to many reports, Bellingham has no value as he's not signed a professional contract yet. He's only 16 and getting games in the Championship in midfield. Shows guaranteed future quality to me.
OUTS:

Phil Jones(£10M)
Unfortunately, his career hasn't panned out the way we've wanted it to at United, and it's time to cut your ties and hopefully he can revive his career.
Jesse Lingard (£30M)
Unfortunately, he's no longer performing in big games and isn't getting any goals or assists either. Hopefully, he revives his career in Italy
Andreas Pereira (£20M)
Has all the ability in the world but lacks football intelligence. A move will do him good
Chris Smalling (£25M)
Unfortunate spell at United, can't pass to save his life and won't fit the system. Brilliant defender as shown in Italy and a move does both parties good.
Alexis Sanchez(£2M)
High wages make him hard to sell. As soon as he gets off the books we are back on track. Just look at his record and wage
De Gea(£50M)
With Dean Henderson being almost flawless, and De Gea becoming more and more error prone, I think the time to switch is now.
Rojo(£15M)
I'd keep him for his personality but he just seems bound to go and revive his career in South America. Quality player, but not needed.
Kieran O'Hara (£1M)
Will never make it at United, recently banned for biting. Shame to see him progress like this
Pogba(£150M)
Clearly quality, but has lacked consistency and constantly making noise. His involvement with Raiola took many points of games such as Chelsea 0-2 United. Just cut our losses now
LOAN:

Gomes
Provided he extends, he is clearly quality and would benefit highly from a loan. He needs game time which we can't guarantee him

Chong
Lacks physicality he needs for the Prem, a Championship loan will give him that physicality
Joel Pereira
Quality keeper, could be a future backup as De Gea, Grant and Romero seem bound to leave soon. Could do with a loan move in England

Kovar
Sam again, with De Gea, Grant and Romero on their way out he could pounce to become a backup to Henderson if he proves he can be
Bishop
Recently signed from Southend, he'd be quality for us if given a loan maybe back to Southend

Levitt
Quality midfielder, Welsh first teamer a loan to the Championship would nail him on to go to the Euros and play, and will help him progress at United
Mellor
Quality, but unfortunately is very unlikely to get minutes with 6 players ahead of him, and Ramazani as well.

Laird
Played brilliantly out in Astana and could fight for second choice RB, but will never be good enough without 1st team football. Injuries worry me
Galbraith
Capped by Northern Ireland, this midfielder will be quality with minutes given to him. He won't get that at United so should be loaned

Bernard
Played well out in Astana, unfortunate to get an own goal. With Mengi, Axel and others may never be first choice but good
Release
Cameron Borthwick-Jackson and Demetri Mitchell will most likely not have contracts extended. I would give Mitchell a 1 year extension and give him a chance though because he looks alright, and may get a chance if this season finishes. So for me just Borthwick-Jackson
