Anything you are doing to manage life right now is fine. All this pressure to achieve things like learning a language, getting fit, learning to cook... It can get in a bin

Contrary to how it keeps being framed by people/media outlets, it's ok to just live. Don't stress yourself.
We're living through a global crisis, we're losing people, cut off from friends and family, from human contact, many in financial trouble. The stress and other mental health effects of this may not be known for years (both individually and collectively).
This idea that you need to 'better yourself' to 'make use' of this time is absurd and insulting. Make use of it however you want and need to, take time your yourself. No one is a better person than you for coming out of it with a skill, you are not failing anyone if you don't.
