I noticed something on stan twitter that I find upsetting. A certain company tries to manipulate ARMYs. This company invests a lot of money into this new boy group concept. No, they don't try to make the new BTS. But they do try to create the new ARMY. +

The new bg concept is creating the brand and then keeping it alive for years and years by replacing old members with fresh faces. To be able to do that they need a very loyal fanbase. A fanbase like ARMY. And they think they know the secret how to achieve that.

I think we all can agree that ARMY wouldn't be as passionate and as fierce in pushing BTS if the boys didn't have such huge obstacles. If BTS's artistry was recognized and honored from the beginning no fighting would be necessary. But BTS were mistreated underdogs. +

Everything BTS achieved was a joint effort betweet them and ARMYs. BTS worked hard, created great music, put on outstanding performances, stayed true, humble, and lovable and ARMYs promoted and supported them day and night. +

The fandom of the back then biggest kpop group tried to destroy BTS. And I'm sure the company behind that group helped to orchestrate the attacks. But ARMYs focused on BTS fought the many battles and those battles forged us into the family we are today.+

That company assumes that "stanning a mistreated underdog" is the secret to create a devoted and passionate fandom. And thats why the fans of this new bg try their hardest to provoke ARMYs. They want us to lash out and hate on them and their group. +

That would allow them to create the myth that this poor young group is being bullied and hated by ARMYs. And the only reason for that is because ARMYs feel threatened. And why? Because this new bg is better then BTS. +

Nobody on that side would care that ARMYs always only clapped back. If a fandom of our size claps back then to outsiders it would always seem like we were the bullies. Why? Because they want us to be the bad ones. +

I've already seen a lot of ARMYs engaging with that fandom on multiple occasions. It seems like the plan of that company is slowly being carried out and ARMYs are manipulated into helping them. That makes me mad. +

I hope we can let that fandom and their group just be. There is no need for us to engage with them and give them our attention. If the group is talented and have the potential for worldwide domination then be it. Its up to them and their fans to achieve that. +

For BTS and ARMYs there is nothing to lose or win if ARMYs engage in fanwars. Let us continue to focus on BTS like we always did. Let us continue to support them.
