I’m not a virologist versed in bio-warfare so I’ll take my answer off the air.
My next questions, however, would be:
A) To rank the nations most likely to do this.
B) To rank the nations most likely to have a failure in protocol leading to an accidental escape.
C) To rank the locations of the BSL-4 labs in those countries by accident likelihood.
