First, let's search and join his Cafe.

Then it will ask you to pick your Fancafe nickname. Use either fully English or fully Korean name, (no numbers and no symbols) max 12 character English name and max 7 character Korean name

Then, let's check the basic settings!

Now you would make sure what is your REAL DaumID name. You need this info on your level up letter!

Then let's change your privacy settings to manager (you can match my settings)

After this you need to know the day it is in Korea when you send the letter. If it's Monday in Korea, write your letter on the Mon/Wed/Fri board.
Do not write level up request to Tuesday if it's Monday

Reminder; do not write letter in Sunday kst, your letter will be returned!

This is where you write the level up request. Remember to always secret your post, if it's not secret, it will be returned

There is two boards, write under the right board, as stated before.

Now it's the body of the text. Pay close attention! Check and recheck your answers, you don't want to make a silly typo. If you aren't 100% sure, use Google to be sure

A. DaumID/your real first and last name/your bday YYMMDD
B. Wonho's bday YYMMDD
C. A long letter to Wonho

It would look like this;

A. DaumID/real name/your bday YYMMDD
B. Wonho's bday YYMMDD
C. Letter to Wonho (write as long as it says 300 something) finish the last sentence so it fits. This way the letter is at least 200 characters (that is the minimum length you must have)

Do not use empty lines, like;

A. DaumID/real name/bday YYMMDD

B. Wonho's bday YYMMDD

C. Letter to Wonho

After you have send your letter and you go back, even though you can see your text, don't worry others can't, if you have a little lock at the side of your letter.

If you don't have a lock edit your letter

Now you wait till the staff can get to your letter, it might take days

If you want to check your letter, if you thought you made a mistake etc. Here's how you can find your letter. Remember to go to the board where you posted your letter. Search your name and writer and there's your letter

If you want to see if your letter is returned (on some cases the fancafe don't give you a notification, or you can't find your post anymore), here's a way to look it up. It's the very last board. You don't want anything to show when you search yourself

If you do see your post in there, it means your letter is returned. Open the letter and see what the staff have written. It will be in Korean, screenshot the comment and run it through papago. You would know what you did wrong. And then you need to write another level up letter

Important reminder after you have submitted your level up request

DO NOT CHANGE YOUR NICKNAME!!

It wouldn't match with the letter you just send, so your letter will be returned. You can't change your nickname on your letter, so just keep the nickname and don't change it!

If you need to edit your letter; you search your letter and at the right bottom, edit it. The date wouldn't change, so you would be in the same spot in the waiting line, just edit your letter before staff have read it. So it's better to check and recheck before even submitting!
